About Us
Crafted Sauna Steam designs and builds custom saunas, steam rooms, and infrared saunas for residential and commercial clients across Johannesburg, Cape Town, and the surrounding regions. We are the sole South African importer of Narvi heaters and supply leading brands including HUUM, Harvia, and Tylo.

Quotes and Consultations
- Quotes provided via our website, WhatsApp, or in person are estimates and may be subject to change following a full site assessment.

Warranty
- We provide a 5-year warranty on our sauna and steam room builds, covering [insert specific coverage, e.g. structural workmanship], unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Heater brands (HUUM, Harvia, Tylo, Narvi) carry their own manufacturer warranties, which apply separately.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, as outlined in your project agreement.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every care in designing and building safe, high-quality sauna and steam spaces, Crafted Sauna Steam is not liable for:
- Damage or injury resulting from improper use of the sauna/steam room after handover
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Crafted Sauna Steam and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
Health & Safety Notice
Sauna and steam use may not be suitable for everyone. We recommend consulting a medical professional before use if you have any pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have concerns about heat exposure.
